Nygård Herrgård Booking Conditions
The guest acknowledges and agrees to this as a binding agreement with Nygård Herrgård for the duration of their booked stay.
We require advance payment at the time of booking.
Booking and payment are made digitally in advance via this website, through Booking.com, or via Airbnb.
We reserve the right to change prices, but confirmed bookings will always be honoured at the agreed price.
For a refund, your cancellation must be received no later than 24 hours before the arrival date. Otherwise, no refund will be issued. For bookings made via Airbnb or other platforms, their respective cancellation policies apply.
Only guests included in the booking and checked in under the paid reservation are permitted to stay (overnight) at the manor.
All guests must be able to present valid identification upon request.
Responsibility for Costs
The primary guest on the booking is the primary responsible contact person for themselves and/or other guests in their party and is therefore liable for any damage or costs caused by them or their party to the manor or to third parties.
The primary guest is also responsible for ensuring that bed linen and all keys are left in the room prior to departure.
The primary guest is liable for damage to or unlawful removal of any movable assets from the manor or other areas of the property by guests in their party. The minimum compensation is SEK 1,000.
In the event of a lost key, the primary guest will be charged for the production of new keys and replacement of the lock cylinder, with a minimum fee of SEK 3,200.
The primary guest agrees that all costs incurred by them or their party may be charged to the credit/debit card used for the booking or invoiced separately.
House Rules
Each guest agrees to:

Follow the house rules, which are available in an information folder in the living room

Behave in a way that is respectful to other guests, staff, and nearby residents

Not make excessive noise or otherwise disturb other guests or neighbours

Show extra consideration before 7:00 AM and after 10:00 PM by speaking quietly and lowering TV volume

Remove bed linen and place them on the floor when checking out

Leave the room in a tidy condition, as it was upon arrival
Other Information

Check-in takes place between 15:00 and 18:00 on the day of arrival.

Check-out is no later than 11:00.

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be settled by Swedish courts.

Keys must not be given to anyone other than the registered guests staying at the manor.

The main entrance door must always be kept closed and locked. Please ensure this when leaving the property.

Only allow guests from your own party to enter. Other guests have their own keys.

Pets are allowed at the manor under the owner’s responsibility and with consideration for other guests.

Bed linen is included in the price.

Smoking is only permitted outdoors. Please use the glass container provided for cigarette butts.

Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. Violations will be charged SEK 1,000.
